Yes, you can cancel Billroo at any time. If you cancel during the 14-day trial, you will not be charged. After the trial, your plan renews monthly or annually until you cancel.

Yes, Billroo is available in Australia and the US. Australian bank accounts connect through Open Banking via Fiskil, and US accounts connect through Plaid. Statements from banks in any other country can be imported as CSV files or entered manually.
Yes, a valid payment method is required to activate your trial. This helps us provide a seamless experience if you choose to continue after the 14 days.
Yes, you can auto-sync your bank transactions with Billroo securely and seamlessly thanks to Open Banking.
FYI: Open Banking is a government initiative which allows apps (like Billroo) to your bank accounts securely and seamlessly!

At the end of your 14-day free trial, your account will automatically switch to a paid subscription using the payment method you provided when signing up.
If you wish to continue using Billroo, no action is needed — your chosen plan (monthly or annual) will begin and you’ll be billed accordingly.
If you decide not to continue, make sure to cancel your trial before it ends to avoid being charged. Once cancelled or if payment fails, your access to Billroo — including bank connections and all features — will be paused.
Yes, Billroo can replace a budgeting spreadsheet for many people. Billroo does the work a budgeting spreadsheet leaves to you. Transactions arrive automatically, and they are categorised for you. If you want to keep your old data, you can import it as a CSV file.
Billroo Pro is for one user and includes the net worth tracker with up to 2 added assets and 30 Billroo AI credits a month. Billroo Plus is for two users and includes unlimited assets, 50 Billroo AI credits a month and priority support.
Billroo connects to Australian banks that take part in Open Banking under the Consumer Data Right (CDR), through Fiskil. If your bank is not available, you can import a CSV file instead.
No, Billroo does not store your bank login. Australian bank connections use read-only access under the CDR, so Billroo never holds your login credentials. Billroo also uses bank-grade encryption and offers multi-factor authentication (MFA).
